Production of rubber and silicone plugs

In addition to standard models, Sapat manufactures plugs customised according to customer drawing, using suitable materials tailored to different needs and applications. TYPE: Tapered plugs, seal plugs, flanged round rubber plugs, flanged square rubber and silicone plugs, feet, masking plugs for painting, round hole plugs. MATERIALS: The plugs are made of different types of rubber and silicone, such as: EPDM, NBR, HNBR, SBR, VMQ, CR, NR, food-grade rubber. APPLICATIONS:

• Rubber and silicone plugs are used to cover holes in metal sheets or plastic bodies as well as to cover various types of threaded holes.
• Tapered plugs are used to protect holes during painting and are also employed as vibration dampers and limit stops.
