Production of rubber and silicone bellows

In addition to standard models, Sapat manufactures bellows customised according to customer drawing, using suitable materials tailored to different needs and applications. TYPE: Cylindrical bellows, tapered bellows, rectangular bellows, square bellows. MATERIALS: The bellows are made of different types of rubber and silicone, such as: SBR, NBR, EPDM, FKM, VMQ, CR, EPDM AND SBR for brake fluid type DOT3, DOT4 and DOT5, dielectric EPDM and EPDM certified according to UL94 VO standard. APPLICATIONS:

• Rubber bellows for protection against dust, fluids, grease and water, brake fluid.
• Rubber bellows for the protection of moving parts: oil-dynamic cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, brake pumps, clutch pumps, worm screws, jacks, gas springs.
• Rubber and silicone bellows for the protection of transmission components, steering axle joints and electric cable passage from body to door.
• Rubber bellows for joystick.
