Production of rubber and silicone dust caps

In addition to standard models, Sapat manufactures dust caps customised according to customer drawing, using suitable materials tailored to different needs and applications. TYPOLOGIE: Dust caps, brake pump caps, brake lever covers, pump caps, ball joint caps, bell-shaped caps for electric components. MATERIALS: The dust caps are made of different types of rubber and silicone, such as: NR, CR, EPDM, DIELECTRIC EPDM, flame retardant UL94 VO EPDM, NBR, HNBR, FKM, VMQ, SBR and EPDM for brake fluids type DOT3, DOT4 and DOT5. APPLICATIONS:

• Rubber and silicone dust caps for protection against dust, fluids, grease and water.
• Rubber and silicone caps for the protection of moving parts: oil-dynamic cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, brake pumps, brake levers, clutch pumps, ball joints.
• Dust caps for the protection of transmission components and suspension ball joints.
• Steering head caps.
