Production of rubber and silicone grommets

In addition to standard models, Sapat manufactures grommets customised according to customer drawing, using suitable materials tailored to different needs and applications. TYPE: Open grommets, diaphragm grommets, oval grommets, rectangular rubber and VMQ grommets, tapered grommets. MATERIALS: The grommets are made of different types of rubber and silicone, such as: EPDM, dielectric EPDM, flame retardant EPDM certified according to UL94 VO standard, NBR, VMQ, CR, food-grade rubber. APPLICATIONS:

• Rubber and silicone grommets are used to protect cables passing through sheet metal or plastic body;
• Grommets for lights with sealing function;
• Diaphragm grommets protect against dust and weather and are also used as plugs;
• Open grommets are used as limit stops, locators, terminals, and vibration dampers.
